Is FreeInvoices really free?

Yes. The invoice generator is free forever — no account, no watermark, no limits on what you can download.

Do I need to sign up?

No. You can create and download an invoice without an account. Signing up is only useful if you want your invoice history saved.

Where is my data stored?

In your browser. Your invoice details never leave your device unless you explicitly choose to save them to the cloud.

How do I get a PDF?

Click Download PDF on the generator. Your browser's print dialog opens — choose 'Save as PDF' as the destination.

Can I add my logo and brand colors?

Yes. Upload a logo on the generator page and it appears on the invoice preview and the exported PDF.

Which currencies are supported?

Over 25, with automatic symbol and number formatting — USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, ZAR, INR, JPY and more.

Can I charge VAT or sales tax?

Yes. Set any tax percentage and an optional discount; the totals recalculate as you type.

Is this accounting software?

No. There is no ledger, payroll, or bank sync. FreeInvoices does one thing: a clean invoice PDF in two minutes.
